• We currently ship exclusively to the USA. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future.

• The average delivery time is 2-15 business days from the dispatch date.
• In rare instances, delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on factors like customs clearance or shipping delays.
• Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays, which may cause additional delays.

• Yes! If you cannot find a product on our website, please visit our Custom Order page and submit your request.
• You can provide details about the product you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to source it for you.

11. Will I need to pay extra for taxes or customs fees?

• We do not charge any taxes for exports as our business is registered under the Letter of Undertaking (LUT) in India.
• However, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the US government upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If you decide not to accept the package due to these charges, please refuse delivery and return the product. A refund (minus shipping and customs fees) will be processed after verifying the return.
