How do I place an order on Drmedscart?

3. If purchasing multiple items, add them one by one to your cart.
4. Once your cart is ready, click the cart icon at the top-right corner and proceed to checkout.
5. Provide your contact email, shipping address, and billing information.
6. Enter your payment details and review your order.
7. Complete your purchase by placing the order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively to the USA. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future.

What is the average delivery time?

The average delivery time is 2-15 business days from the dispatch date.
In rare instances, delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on factors like customs clearance or shipping delays.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays, which may cause additional delays.

Is the product in stock?

We strive to keep most items in stock. However, certain seasonal products may run out and restocking depends on market availability.
If an item is currently unavailable, feel free to contact us, and we’ll notify you when it becomes available.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days. However, some items or special requests may require additional processing time.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return Policy. We will either refund or replace the damaged item upon verification.
Kindly provide video evidence of the damage within 1 day of delivery to initiate the process.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order, or before we begin processing your order.
If the cancellation is processed within the time frame, we will issue a refund minus a 5% transaction fee (to cover payment gateway charges).

How will I know that my order has been received?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (once dispatched).

Can you deliver products that are not listed on your website?

Yes! If you cannot find a product on our website, please visit our Custom Order page and submit your request.
You can provide details about the product you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to source it for you.

Will I need to pay extra for taxes or customs fees?

We do not charge any taxes for exports as our business is registered under the Letter of Undertaking (LUT) in India.
However, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the US government upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you decide not to accept the package due to these charges, please refuse delivery and return the product. A refund (minus shipping and customs fees) will be processed after verifying the return.

What are the liabilities of Drmedscart?

Drmedscart acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers, facilitating the purchase and shipping of products.
We are not liable for product defects, quality issues, or shipping delays once the product has been dispatched from the seller’s location.
If you have any issues with your order, such as product quality or safety concerns, we will assist in communication with the seller but are not responsible for direct resolution.
