Shipping and Delivery Policies

  1. Origin of Shipments
    All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse located in Tamil Nadu, India. We utilize reputable and trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders. While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition, we do not guarantee delivery dates due to the influence of external factors, including customs processing and weather disruptions.
  2. Processing and Delivery Timeframes
    Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, provided the product is in stock and payment is confirmed. If the product is not in stock at the time of the order, we require an additional 2 to 10 working days to procure the products and prepare the shipment. Delivery times generally range between 3 to 10 business days from the shipment date, depending on the destination within the United States and the shipping method chosen. However, delivery may take up to 30 business days due to potential delays from customs, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen factors. We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by these external factors, and customers are encouraged to consider these possibilities when placing their orders.
  3. Delivery Address
    The delivery address provided at the time of checkout is final and cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address change is requested, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request, but we do not guarantee such changes once the order has been processed.
  4. Liability for Loss or Damage
    The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage once the order is handed over to the courier service. Although we take utmost care in packing and shipping your products, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of products once in the possession of the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend that customers track their shipments regularly and take prompt action to receive the package upon arrival. In the event of loss or damage, the customer must promptly notify both us and the courier service to initiate a claim. However, we disclaim any liability for loss or damage occurring after delivery.
  5. Delivery Confirmation and Signature Requirement
    All shipments may require a signature upon delivery. By placing an order, you agree that the person receiving the order (whether you or an authorized representative) will sign for the package upon delivery. If a third party signs for the package, we will not be liable for any issues that may arise following delivery, including disputes over the contents or condition of the package.
  6. Shipping and Handling Charges
    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, which varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Additionally, any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by U.S. authorities upon the arrival of the products are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges may be levied upon delivery and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.
  7. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for any delays or failure to fulfill our obligations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, government regulations, customs-related issues, pandemics, or other extraordinary events (collectively, “Force Majeure Events”). In the event of such delays, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible and make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the matter. However, we shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to these Force Majeure Events.
  8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
    If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Shipping and Delivery Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India. Any legal action will be resolved in the competent courts of Tamil Nadu, India, and the customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Our liability is strictly limited to the total purchase price of the order. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, losses, or damages during shipping, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or any emotional distress. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount paid for the order.
  10. Changes to the Policy
    We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to any orders placed after the date of the revision. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to the updated terms.
