Duties and Customs Clearance

For Canada, UK, Europe, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Czech Republic, and some Middle Eastern countries, customers are required to pay any applicable duties and taxes. Our company does not cover these charges.

For all other countries, customers are also responsible for any duty taxes. We will assist you in completing the customs clearance process, but please note that customs clearance timelines are beyond our control and cannot be expedited.
